Even as a teenager, I had to learn how important financial education is. I was only able to do my year abroad in the USA because my parents had saved for me for years - this experience has shaped my life. Today, I bring my management background and my passion for finance to show families: You can achieve great things with a clear strategy and small steps.

As a father of three, I know exactly what it feels like to want to provide for your children's future. From an early age, I saw my mother being sold bad financial products - and that's what sparked my love of numbers and transparency. With my background in banking and economics, I now help parents to understand their finances clearly and get the best out of them for their children.

My journey into the world of finance began with an envelope full of share ideas - a gift that sparked my enthusiasm for investing. Since then, I have pursued one goal: to empower families to take their financial future into their own hands. As the founder of ETF4Kids, I combine an entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to provide honest, independent and understandable advice.

Even as a child, I learned in my parents' restaurant how hard you have to work for money - and how important it is to use it wisely. Later, I gained experience in investment banking and international financial projects. Today, I use this knowledge to design simple and clear processes at ETF4Kids - so that parents can find a secure pension solution without stress.

My parents' investment made it possible for me to come to Germany to study - and this gift changed my life. Today, I want to pass on exactly this knowledge. At ETF4Kids, I mainly support families with an international background and help them to understand the German financial system. My goal is to give parents the security that their children can start the future strong and free.

I know what it feels like to start adult life without a financial cushion. This experience has shaped me - and it is the reason why I want to encourage parents today: start small, but get started. For me, finance has always been deeply personal. My parents gave me a wonderful childhood and taught me what truly matters: love, unity, and strong values.
But what they didn’t teach me was the knowledge of how to make money work for in my favour. That realization came early - hard work is important, but financial education and long-term thinking make the real difference. During my studies, I learned how markets function, but it was only through real experience that I understood what truly counts:

To be honest, I already wanted to leave the financial sector. After more than 5 years, I'd had enough: too many numbers, too little heart. And above all: providing for children was almost always just a side issue - although this is precisely where the greatest opportunity lies to build real wealth over generations. Especially in Germany, where poverty in old age is on the rise and so few families even own property, it was clear to me that things had to be different. My conviction: First the children, then the parents. Because at the end of the day, we should all think of our loved ones first. With ETF4Kids, I have rediscovered my passion. Here I can not only advise families, but really empower them: not only to understand the German financial system, but to use it for themselves and their children. My goal is to give parents the tools to give their children real freedom and self-determination.

I see it time and time again: parents want the best for their children - but many don't know how much early financial support can really make a difference. That's exactly what I want to change. For me, that is the greatest success - when young people are free to decide what makes them happy.

When I think back to my studies, I see one thing above all: my mother. She is self-employed and paid for everything from her own income - my rent, my life, my studies. I'm still incredibly grateful to her to this day. But looking back, I also know that it would have been so much easier for both of us if she had built up savings for me early on. This experience still shapes me today. It shows me how much children and parents benefit from thinking about the future early on. That's exactly why I chose ETF4Kids.
